Always pre order your balloons so your not waiting around for an hour on the weekend.
Terrible experience with a return. Asked to speak to a manager: he became nasty. They sell a lot of cheap crap, and once a package is open, even if the product is fine, they refuse to give refunds.
SKIP THIS PLACE AND GO TO WALMART INSTEAD! Horrible customer service. Staff were rude and incompetent.
