This place is good. Brand new facility. Pool, sauna , hot tub , and steam room . The pool is usually not crowded , which I love. Plenty of machines, and a friendly and helpful staff and there is parking !

Aqua classes are great and so is my personal trainer Artie!
Get a trainer to teach you how to work out correctly. J'Nae is one of the best here. Working with her gave me great results and I am pleased with what I've accomplished in 2 mths.
