I felt rushed, nothing but negative vibes from the staff , Name tags would be nice to know were to direct my complaints. Would be nice to offer a suggestion when a customer is asking for alternatives.

It's in a nice location but their hours are terrible. There's a starbucks down the street that is open till 10pm most days. Where do you think ppl will go if Saxbys is only open till 8?

I was excited about trying Saxbys, I ordered the hot chocolate . I was greatly disappointed with taste, it was watered down. Not good at all!
