All good except for service! How could it possible take 15 mins to bring a croissant that's just sitting right there? Am I being charged more to eat in for the torture?

The mushroom ragú has potential but today the kitchen was not good.The first egg was hard boiled/burnt, 2nd attempt the egg was perfect but the rest was cold.The 3rd attempt wasn't impressive.
