Burgers were pretty good. Decent size and pick your own salad . Much better value than expected. Occasional earthquakes aside, we'd come again.

Get the "Meal Deal ." It's $20 something & U can eat all day @ designated locations; souvenir cup for $8 & refills r $.79. Pays 4 itself!!

This is the best place to rest and get out of the sun. Self serve ice and water if you have a bottle or cup.

My burger was less than warm, and they forgot my shake . This whole ordering via Universal’s App was a huge pain. The app kept closing and it wouldn’t allow me to order. I miss using cash!

Burger is average but a good cost benefit considering park prices. Milkshake combo is worth it.

The Fault line burger is pretty awesome for a veggie burger ! Totally recommend it

Instead of utilizing their staff to help customers they let the line back up while a useless employee puts stickers on your cup so you can't get a free refill .

There are lots of open outlets to plug in your phone.

Watch out for pop machine Nazi! Wouldn't free refillable cheaper than the salary of someone babysitting the fountain ???

They have ladies guarding the coke machines and stickering your cup to guarantee you don't get a refill . That is ridiculous.

The burgers here will make your ass shake like a 10 on the Richter scale.

The food was ok. Chocolate chip cookie terrible we changed it to an apple pie and vanilla and the apple pie tasted old and the vanilla ice cream had no taste at all. Don't recommend it!

Good burgers ! The new touch ordering system is horrible. It would definitely turn me away from coming here. Huge line for the touch screen soda machines , bad idea.

They have Freestyle Coke Dispensers at this location... Yummy!

They have a pretty decent Veggie Burger ("The Fault Line ") and the fries aren't bad a all.

Flies everywhere! I am a native Floridian, used to flies. But that was extreme.....

The "milkshake " was nothing but soft serv in a cup. For a real shake head across from Jaws.

Wasn't that great. Burgers are kinda dry & the fact that you get way more bun than burger only dries it out more. Downgrade!
