Starbucks

Crap wifi . Never clean . Never tidy. Toilets barely human. Queues slow. Very hot in the summer. One thing going for it is that it opens late . Worst: baristas do not get customer service. Massive egos.

Starbucks could have afforded more space for their shop. It is crammed with people, not tidy and queues are huge.

There is now a third Starbucks in Kingston, found at 3 Brook Street, which is only a 4 min walk away. It can be alot quieter , if its overly busy here and seating is limited.

Easily the worst Starbucks around. I feel bad for the single employee that has to make all of the drinks. The queue is always ridiculously long and they never get more than one person making drinks.

Global company. You can get the same taste everywhere in any starbucks branch!
