Starbucks needs to teach the barista that a flat white is not meant to be served at 90° C. Come on Starbucks! You should know better.. Dissatisfied.

The toilets were atrocious today... They really need to step up the management here. I know it is a franchise but they can learn a lot from a real Stbx chain...!

Very fast, efficient service . Asked for some soya milk and they gave me a whole cup full for free!

In the past has opened late several times with no explanation posted, though the girl serving was very apologetic. Today a different girl was too busy chatting to remember my order. Sort it out.

Should have read the other tips and not bothered. Slow service then the latte was lukewarm. Complained to be told that I must be wrong. When they remade it they deliberately made it too hot to drink.

Bad service. Long waiting . The store is dirty . Starbucks card not accepted. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. And there's no comment card to fill. I'd recommend you get a coffee from WHSmith

Seems to be a lack of properly trained staff here...only one person who knows how to make a Frappuccino and even then they had to start again as it was wrong...???

You can't use your Starbucks card here, so no free extras.
