Great place for a cup of coffee , cortado , lunch , or dinner . If you are looking to knock out some work, head up the stairs... Plenty of space, a bit more quiet , and they bring your order to you!

Great coffee and healthy food . It's got a lot of room and a solid wifi connection , good space to get some work done.

Every time I drive through Franklin I try and stop here. It's a wonderful, cozy atmosphere with delicious food and bevs! I highly recommend.

Our first stop when we get to town from Michigan is the Frothy Monkey. Best lattes I've ever had anywhere! I love the peaceful atmosphere and have always had excellent service.

Fantastic spot for coffee , lunch or more. We came back to Franklin just to check it out on a road trip and enjoyed sandwiches and iced lattes on the patio

I love this locally owned cafe where they craft premium drinks with latte art and care. I highly recommend the Rosemary Honey Latte !

Excellent coffee . Owner really cares about quality and giving good service . We are not young hipsters , but were made to feel welcome.

Great coffee and good egg dishes , but the toast was barely toasted and limp both times I was there. Take your coffee cup to the counter if you want a warm-up or refill.

Good for lunch and dinner but if you want a hot breakfast go someplace else. The eggs and toast are always cold and today's bacon was nearly congealed. Ugh. I'm done trying.

"The coffee 's great if you stand and wait." That should be the quote on the door. The line here is always slow. If visit more often if they knew how to pick up the pace a little bit.

The hash was great, should have added the egg on. The huevos needed the barbacoa for sure

Vanessa is a great barista! Coffee is pretty good, pricy though. Food is ok. The servers are a bit overwhelmed so it is a bit slow. Great ambiance.

Sweet Potato latte is an interesting twist on an unsweetened seasonal latte option.

Plane Jane is the best breakfast sandwich in town .
