New store manager Ken is great. They really care about customer service and they make sure all customers leave happy. Great job guys.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Received the Worst Service I made a big deal about a product not being available to me but the website stating that it was in stock. 2Managers,told me to tell me to leave the store.

Friendly staff . However, I tried to get information on the new samsung chrome book and the Samsung rep and sales guys knew nothing about it. They really should have SME for new products.
Geek squad is the absolute best. Pricing in the store could be better. Waiting for Black Friday.

Frisco, Sunday and one cashier...what a joke...we will go elsewhere.
Geek Squad does not know how to inventory anything. Brought in a receiver and they lost it and are trying to tell me they already gave me a new one back.
Customer service is good in-store, but out of store I would steer clear.
