We ❤️the pizza from here, it was a big serendipity for us. We arrived at 9pm to escondido and the place that we had in mind has kitchen closed. We found filippi's and really love it!!
For an extremely cheesy pizza it was actually not that bad. Service was great and food was too. The place has really dimmed lights so it gives off a calm vibe.
If you're really hungry..Get the Large pizza . They only have medium and large and the mediums are on a typically small scale. Still filling with a great side antipasto and bread . Love this place!!!
We ordered the family combo (lasagna , raviolli, spaguetti) salad and minestrone soup with lots of bread and garlic bread . 13.95. Three people could eat this meal, it was good but not all that.
Overall bland pizza . I don't feel that any love goes into making the dough or sauce. Adding mounds and mounds of cheese doesn't make a pizza good. Pizza Port & Roundtable beat this place hands down.
Everything is great here. Pizza , pasta it's always too much. I've always had leftovers. Food for later.
For parties of 12 or more, call restaurant 24-48 hours. For the rest, first come, first serve. Tony Madriaga is a very good server and host.
