Escolar is a cheap bottom feeding fish from Mexico that gives a significant number of people who consume it a good 24 hours of intestinal misery. I will never to back. And you shouldn't either.
Steer clear of this place. I went in their yesterday and they sold me an expensive fish steak for the grill they called "Butterfish ", only it was actually Escolar.
