the baked tilapia with shrimp is a great entree with a calorie count @ 370!
Seafood Alfredo with Angel Hair instead of Fettuccine . Light and delicious.
You need to try the Roscato Rosso wine . It is similar to Stella Rosa Rosso
Classics are best, new dishes iffy. Can recommend Cavit Pinot Grigio .
