Ask for Daniel, he is outstanding as a sushi/sashimi Chef ! The other gentlemen are just a smidgen less than Daniel and you can't go wrong with any of them!

Ask for James, he's an awesome sushi chef . Also, for beer , try the Asahi . It's very crisp and dry and is the best Japanese beer .
