If you order KC for two or more, they can cook part of it to different doneness so if you want some well done, and some medium, u can have it. Yummm.
The KC Steaks are definitely the best on the menu... Everything else is only alright...
My FAVORITE restaurant of all time :) Such a great atmosphere and such great food! Not to mention the rodeo venue is right next door :)
Steaks were excellent. The restaurant was sold out of several selections so the menu was somewhat limited.
If they'se mutton bustin going on, you might want to go to the Mission Cafe instead, unless your quite partial to cow flesh

I ordered medium-well and got medim-rare. The steak was so chewy and tough I had to spit it out. Plus the asparagus was supposed to be on someone else's plate, not mine.

This unassuming strip mall smokehouse boasts very friendly service, excellent ribs and brisket and incredible baked potatoes loaded with chopped BBQ and all the fixin's. Recommended. - Paul Vaughn
