...well , there's not a lot to compare it to here, I'm spoiled with Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and even the whole Kroger/Safeway groups - this is about the best it gets, at a (significant) price...
I live two minutes from a Lulu Express. I do believe Waitrose and Lulu do compliment eachother. I will rely on Waitrose 's more western selections tho.
Limited groceries item, fresh fruits & vegetable selection, Prices are from 8 to 12 Dhs higher than any supermarket in AD city . So clean and organised.
Although the variety is great, prices are extremely high, especially, for selling rotten products.
They have good bakery and an interesting variety of freshly made sandwiches , but the prices are too much expensive , you basically pay 20 to 30% more for the same items.
An alternative to Lulu in Mushrif and Spinneys in Khalidiyah. Parking spots are a bit narrow though.
An expensive supermarket with an unique selection of products.
Good selection of stuff under one roof. Meat selection rather limited though
