Busy place but the staff are friendly and hustle the crowd through pretty easily. Much better than the 'bucks at the convention center .

A premium being inside the Marriott. Worth it. Very fast.

Watch out during conventions - this place gets slammed! The staff , however, handle it pretty damn well !

if the line is huge (conventions ) you can walk a block to a standalone Starbucks...cheaper there,too.

They don't redeem reward drinks. Everything is also more expensive than normal Starbucks locations.

Well , my experience was not good. Couldve been b/c it was Dragoncon...too many pple and apparently I have an "accent" and can't be understood. Ok. Fair enough.
