La Barbecue

Come early, there is always a line . They serve beer and drinks while you wait. It's worth it. The brisket is phenomenal. Ranked one of the best BBQ places in Texas for a reason.

This was the most delicious brisket I’ve ever had. Aside from them giving you a sample piece when you walk in the plate is worth it. It actually melted in my mouth. I dream of it now.

Wow I guess before now I’d never had real BBQ . Actually liked the beef rib more than the brisket though both were excellent. Don’t sleep on the sausages

The brisket is a gamechanger. The proprietors of this awesome spot run a great barbecue house! Get there. Get the ribs and lean brisket . Pop a good brew. Sit on the front porch . Be thankful! ????????

Everything on the menu is delicious but they have the best pulled pork I have ever eaten. Get there ~15 minutes before they open to avoid a massive line .

The pork ribs were very soft and would melt in your mouth. The best pork rib I’ve ever tried!!???? Had to wait in line for ~30 minutes though..

The pork ribs were better than the brisket in my opinion and the Mac and cheese has jalapeños in it! Delicious.

Awesome food truck with plenty of outdoor seating . Get there early to line up, because there will be a line , but it is definitely worth the wait. Brisket is to die for!

The brisket is one of the most tender I’ve ever had. Their ribs are smoked to perfection. Really excellent barbecue !

The chopped brisket is just meh. Their time estimate will not be accurate (it will definitely be longer). If they’re out of the sliced brisket and beef ribs , GO ELSEWHERE. (Sides are good, however.)

The meat is on the same level as Franklin’s . The sides are better. Too close to call. The wait times, although shorter, aren’t as fun as Franklin’s .

Brisket was unreal. Was tempted to get the giant beef rib but it was $$$. Be warned of spicy pickles .

Fabulous! Everything is amazing, but the brisket is out of this world.

Solid brisket , but not as good as other spots in Austin (Franklin’s , Terry Black’s). The Smokey Mac and Cheese was worth it.
