A bit off the center, by the lakes , public transportation is limited. Big, spacious , known for Thursday salsa . Prices are very affordable , service is good, many different rums are available.
Desperate and not very charming types standing outside this place on Friday nights. Why isn't this building with such a nice lake view owned by a good restaurant instead?
