If you can, get DirecTV. I couldn't because my building wouldn't allow it. Also, get here when they open on the weekend and you won't wait very long at all.

Every demo computer and tablet is busted. Great.

At least now they have places for you to sit while you wait. And wait.

Just to drop off and return their equipment, you can wait up to an hour. So frustrating.

Ok so after reading about others waiting forever, that was painless. New HD box and I'm gone. I guess its all timing, Thursday @ 1pm wasn't bad.

No signage on where to check in to get into the queue. How does this company survive? Oh right, it's a monopoly.

New hours in 2011 are Mon-Sat 9am-6pm.

Apparently they think they can force you to remain a customer by imposing a long wait and other hassle to return hardware.

This place makes the DMV look like paradise.
