The self service tills are frequently out of service, and develop lots of errors. Other supermarkets such as Waitrose and marks seem to have much more reliable technology.
Most advanced self check out by far - try paying with coins!
Be careful with berries - I have found one or two mouldy ones in the box on occasions
Check your change. Checkout woman can be a bit dubious.
