A collaboration between Lai and chef Vicky Cheng, combining her kitchen creations with a cocktail-pairing menu to great effect and pushing an already diverse scene in even more innovative directions.
Don't be put off by the bar seats ! Most of the seating is at the counter, with only one private room near the kitchen and 3 smaller tables near the entrance.
Food was phenomenal - there wasn't a dish that i didn't enjoy and the cocktail pairing was spot on. Very impressive french fine dining with an asian twist.
The cocktail pairing was fantastic - best cocktails I've had in HK. Prefix was excellent, esp the uni caviar prawn pasta ????????
Really excellent. Menu showcases strong narrative and sense of place. Service was fantastic. Little disappointed by cocktail pairing (many seemed watered down) which had been especially hyped
Excellent food and service, really liked the longjing smoked pigeon, cucumber foam and pomelo dessert and condensed milk mochi . Pricey though
Excellent kitchen counter tasting menu . Probably deserves a second Michelin star .
Fantastic degustation menu . Will come back!
Great dinner with very creative menu.
The cocktail pairing dinner set was amazing

Well deserved top 50 restaurant in asia - the place has a bistro setting and food was executed really well. Really enjoyed the whole chicken, the pigeon and the mille feuille. - Angela Liu
One of my favorite restaurants in HK. Attentive servers and amazing dishes. Would recommend anyone looking for french fine dine in Hong Kong. Love their cheese cart! - Teresa
