Nice hotel , great location near Vesterport and Central Station. Excellent staff . Good WiFi . Rooms were comfortable and well designed. Newly refurbished. Italian restaurant -surprisingly very good.

The hotel rooms are quite neat and clean . And, you will definitely love the food in the restaurant . You should try it!

Very friendly and helpful staff . Enjoyed my stay.. 2 bottles of 50 ml water given daily. Pity that access to the gym facilities requires 80Dkk.

It's does't clean when I come in the room. And I saw an extra bed in the last day. I am single and never ask for a extra bed. The room is in a mess. Can't believe It's a four-star hotel .

Nice! Don't mix up orange juice with ginger juice in the breakfast room though... yuk

Live-in bartender in each room made the experience both erotic and aggravating.

Modern rooms . In the same center near Tivoli and train station . Bar doesn't work at night and doesn't work until the last client leaves. More for businessmen than for turists.

No cooks available for breakfast to make fresh omelettes , scrambled or sunny side ups. All they have is pre-cooked scrambled eggs . *shake head* 

Smart lavatory designs in room ... It's warm, so u don't catch a cold when drying yourself out of the shower during winter.

Only fixed wire internet in rooms, kind of inconvenient when you are traveling with a tablet.

No free gym facilities for hotel guest .... Now that's POOR ! Most hotels in the world offer free gyms . They have to change this here.

Fair priced , good breakfast , good location, room could have been cleaner, perfect for duty travel.

I have been calling the restaurant for 20 minutes, they do not pick up the phone. And front desk does not care. I have never seen such a bad room service !

Depressing, dark, furniture has not been changed for at least 30 years.
