Take advantage of the pool and sauna on second floor. Towels are provided there. Bring your room key . Turn on and heat up sauna while you swim and then go inside to baste like a turkey .

All remodeled, great staff , dog friendly and the best part of our stay was the Anystream 2000 it's the best shower head Ever!!!

Awesome staff for the hotel and restaurant ! Nice rooms with plenty of space (I do yoga in my room). Only problem is the lack of equipment in the fitness center .

Hotels not to bad. Hotel website and room book say there is a sauna but there is not. Free breakfast on 11th floor if you're a member which is free and it gives you free access to parking garage .

Friendly staff and had my packages waiting for me, rooms were huge. Restaurant was unique, not sure if it was only 1 person doing everything..

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

Save $16 per night by parking on the street rather than the lot. Plenty of spaces right in front and free from 6pm-8am.

Stairs are definitely a great alternative to the elevators , however, the exits/entrances do not allow access to the 2nd floor (where the fitness center is).

Pull-out couch mattress a bit thin so take the thick heavy comforters from the two beds and put on top of mattress for a more pleasant sleep.

Good hotel and staff with renovated rooms , but the Internet connection sucks, so bad for business travelers.

Everything is kind of old and run-down but it's fine for a night or two

Little disappointed no upgrades for gold members--especially how often I stay here--but the staff is always friendly . Beware if you're female walking outside by yourself

Fantastic staff makes the pains of travel easier to deal with. However, check-in might take a while during afternoon rush.

The stairs at either end of the hall are a great alternative when going a few flights as the elevators get congested.

Got a cold due to the bad ac performance but overall it is a good place to stay

If you sleep on the pull out(couch ) grab an extra blanket it tends to get chilly at night

Parking garage sucks! Too small for any type of cars. Needing my room key to get into the bathroom near the lobby was really annoying because I had left it in the bar where I was enjoying drinks.

Breakfast isn't free. In fact, it's $16 plus gratuity and not worth $8. Food sits there for a long time. They would be better off making on demand.

Dog-friendly.

Room was 78 degrees.. went to the front desk and they told me the air conditioning wasn't turned on yet and my only solution was to open the window. Not a satisfactory option given the location.

Can the elevators be any slower?

Awful in-room dining experience. Dry bread and everything was terribly salty.

Terrible customer service. The front desk staff as well as the restaurant staff seemed miserable.
