Their prefix menu is amazing!! $19 for an app, entree, and dessert with a large selection! Go for the happy hour drinks as well . Nothing beats $3 well drinks ! Very friendly staff as well .

1st you have to take the atmosphere in here it is so beautiful !! The menu has great choices for every ones taste buds.. Great great great !!! I'm truly satisfied thank you Trio !!

Calamari was crispy and tender, ribs had the perfect amount of spice, pork chop was sweet yet savory and the bread pudding was the best way to top it all off! I will come back to palm spring for trio!

get the cucumber spa-tini on a hot day. Super refreshing with a nice kick into relaxation. The 3 course menu is great, fair price and portions are not too overwhelming.

Service was good! Don't remember what I had to eat; but do remember the Absolute martini was $13!!! We're not in New York City . Don't think we'll come back. Trying to remember what my partner had.....

Wasn't so impressed with the meatloaf but fish tacos are amazing???? ???? Nothing can beat the 19$ three course set menu . Portions aren't half size so you may even consider sharing... ????????

Nothing beats the lunchtime prize fix menu : starter, entree, and dessert for $20! And unlike most places there's a large selection if starters and entrees and three desserts !

Great place! Enjoyed very much receiving 2016 with them (excellent lamb ).

Delicious cocktails . We had the Australian sole and veggie burger with beet salad and enjoyed our meals.

While I just said Palm Springs is not remotely my favorite place in the world, one of its few redeeming qualities is places such as Trio. I was shocked to find a place that is actually GOOD there.

If you are feeling nutty- The Trio Nut Torte with Hazelnuts , pecans , walnuts , carmel and chocolate is for you! Rich and decadent. A Bon Appetit favorite

The St. Louis ribs just fall off the bone. Only the biggest fatties can clear the plate

Come before 7pm to indulge in happy hour cocktails at the bar ($3 wine ) and then get the fried artichoke hearts (caper dip !) #nomnomnom

Lamb shank was good but the cushion table top makes glasses uneven and the chairs are really uncomfortable and hurt my back... Otherwise fast service and good food, I recommend it!!!

Love the ambiance. It is a bit noisy but they have great food at a casual price.

The ceviche is delicious and the portion size is very generous for the quality and price.

Tried 3 course for $19. Ceasarsalad was ok. Half chickenmenu very good. For breadpudding I asked a doggybag because I was full of the 1st 2 courses.

The spare ribs are the best I've ever had! The service is always exceptional!!!

The prefix (trio) was an incredible deal. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent - snaps for our waiter Daniel 
