Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

The swimming pool is awesome, and it is very easy to get to all the major theme parks . The market place at the cascades has great stuff as well .

We stood in both the 1 and 2 bedroom suites. Clean and loved the fact that a pool was always near by. The jacuzzi in the 2 bedroom was great after a long day at any of the theme parks !

7 pools. 9 hot tubs . Tons of kid/family friendly stuff to do without needing to leave the resort . They have been doing renovations every year and have recently made access to Zimmies bar even easier.

They're celebrating their 35th year here! I spent a week here with my family courtesy of a friend who owns the time share , fabulous place and super friendly staff !

Lovely place to stay :) Literally around the corner from Walt Disney World! Internet is fine but a little slow at times...at least its free! 5 out of 5 for me!

Very large resort with 3 very large pools . A nice Market Place with everything you would need. The one bedroom units are a little on the small side, but equipped with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

we love this place. we got sucked into the time share breakfast thing.. but it wasn't bad and we actually were/are interested in doing that at some point. clean , great staff ... convenient location!

A fabulous resort for vacations. Close to Disney and Universal . Lovely apartment . Wish we could have stayed forever! Full of Orlando magic!

Very beautiful place. Great customer service. Internet could be better, but it's not awful. Make sure to come and stay here are least once in your life. It's worth it.

GREAT place to stay. Whenever I'm in Florida this is one of the places I would choose to stay. Great rooms, great service, and friendly staff .

Leisure activities are the best here with its seven pools and five kids' pools. Sports such as miniature golf , tennis , volleyball and basketball is also available.

Amazing hotel i really enjoyed my experience, several GYMs and pools in each corner, you can feed the ducks and fishes as well ,

Tobacco and pot smokers: please don't smoke in the villas . Don't be cute and only smoke in the bathroom , either. It takes days to get the smell out. We had to have the carpet cleaned 2x to get it out

Beautiful Resort , staff is attentive and it’s centrally locates close to all Disney Parks !

Agree with other tips re: recently renovated villas being gorgeous. We lucked out! Do remember to pack soap and shampoo though as these are more like apts vs. hotel rms.

At first you need to know the layout of the resort . Luckily Tom Tom knows the way around the resort also.

If you're having internet problems, go to front desk and request a mobile hotspot. It'll solve all your networking needs and it's FREE!

Internet works fine for us. Staffs were friendly and we even got a room upgrade. Great place for family vacation.

Here's a tip. Stop complaining and go swimming . Throw your laptop in the pool and relax. Jesus! What a bunch of cry babies.

The place is great, close to most of the parks and the swimming pools are good

Internet is ok at 1mb download(!!) but for a daily premium of $14(!!!) you can have a whole 4mb. Also you have to drive to the pool.

Super pool is a nice quiet relaxing place the cascades pool is more children friendly

If you arrive at a pool after 10 am on a busy day, DON'T expect a good seat, or any! Find a spot and shut up, go to another pool, or sit on the ground . Don't try to bully people out of their chairs.

Wifi isn't great, and the bar closes early by the pool. Aside from that beautiful place to stay.

Springs playground is nice because it gas awesome soft AstroTurf on the ground . Plus, the equipment there is the best on property.

Internet is working fine(5 Jan 13), everybody seems friendly and I'm just loving it.

Love the two bedroom villas , the cleaning service, the pools and the location.

Cascades Bar & Grill is really nice and has reasonable daily specials . Plus it's all poolside . What could be better?

Internet has been upgraded and works great as of 5/25/12. People/staff are great.

If you're here on business and need the wi-fi, forget about it. You'd probably be better of tethering. The "IT" dept. is in-existent, so don't bother calling for help.

If you have little kids (2-6) request Cascades section. Very kid friendly pool.

Wifi is captive portal. I was droping packets left n right. Pool by the lodge is open till 1am. Plastic cups for scotch suc.

Get a room close to a good pool. So worth it.

The market could be open 24/7. It closes too early and you have to go somewhere else to by groceries when arriving late from the parks .

Offered us the chance to not have housekeeping and in return have a free buffet breakfast . We took it the first day thinking it was a great idea, but the breakfast was awful. All the dishes were dirty

Ask for Jay's Rum Punch at Zimmy's. Great bartender . Great drink.

Load up on essentials for across the street. then check in. Saves you $$$ from eating out every morning :)

I've been at Vistana every year since 1984 and you'd think things would be familiar but they seem to screw things up more and more each year. Why do I keep coming back!! This will be my last year.

Everything is beautiful but the pillows are hard as a rock.

The rooms are beautiful! But don't expect to check in before 4 pm!!!

At the registration desk, be sure to brace yourself for the timeshare hard sell.

If you are expecting a 4* hotel experience, try elsewhere. This is an embarrassment to 4*+ hotels . The staff are very friendly but definitely not 4* ready.

Look for recently renovated Villas . Really good upgrade!
