Reasonable gym , very quiet at the weekends. Ongoing renovations are nearly done, which means it's nice and clean .

A great gym , but getting busier and more eqpt is needed to cope with the extra members, showers need a refurb too but generally a bright and airy place to work out!

So much nicer gym area post the takeover of Esporta. Changing rooms and showers not great ( yet?). Make sure you take a padlock as need one for the lockers. They do sell them too

To train this place is great. But the staff isn't nice and you end up living this place disappointed most the time (no towels, classes cancelled, dirty showers ...)

Current golden hour to work out is 2pm to 3pm Mon to Fri - the place empties out!

I have two members of the staff shouting and chasing behind me because I was 5 minutes late to get out of the building from the closing time. Total dis proportionate and unprofessional behaviour.

Nice gym , good view but oversold overcrowded and people using several machines at the same time for half hour. Could be managed much better

There's no cafe area at all though! Even after refurb . Only a sad coffee machine in reception - which is not complementary...

Cardio area much bigger now
