Steak 'n Shake

The food is always good. HOWEVER, Be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time because it appears they make the waiters/waitress actually make their tables' food. It is a really inefficient place.

Snack pack is amazing. Single hamburger , small fries , small Coke for $2.50 or so. Perfect amount of food.

Make sure there's more than one server upon entering. Last 5!times here waited over 40 mins for food. I could have grilled myself in the parking lot faster n cheaper....

Food and service was good a while back, then got bad, then got good again, and recently it has been horrible ! Seems that upper management don't know what is doing and got rid of the best servers.

Gotta love the chili mac . So classic. And always order cheese on your fries . Yum!

This place is the most disgusting Steak 'n Shake dirty , slow and utterly filthy. Never any servers, slow as hell when not busy at a premium. T/a truckstop down the road makes this a dump

Great food but awful customer service

Horrible service tonight. Had to seat ourselves after asking for a table. Waited 5 minutes without anyone asking if we had been helped and then had to ask for menus. Very unhappy right now

Horrible service, our waitress was Shacosha. Messed up 3 out of 4 of the table orders. She did not make an effort to keep drinks full. Orders weren't brought to table together
