Never had a problem the ladies are always friendly to my husband&I both.There is usually a packed parking lot&drive through but what do you expect it's in a Marine Corps town right next to the mall .

Got the greek yogurt w/honey today & added the almond & dried fruit you usually get with the oatmeal & it was FABULOUS :-) ~A must try~

This place is insanely busy all the time and everyone drives like an asshole to get their coffee ...but if you can last long enough to get your coffee then you'll at least be able to enjoy it.

Try the Americano , add classic syrup and some half and half . ~ Americano coffee is a style of coffee prepared by adding hot water to espresso .

Make sure you give yourself plenty of time if you plan to go thru the drive thru . The line is always long and they only have 2 blenders

Alex is the friendliest barista there, for sure. Never seems stressed or overworked, makes excellent coffee & conversation.

Also They've never gotten an order wrong.I Love this place.If folks have a problem going they should just go to the one in the mall 's bookstore across the way.

Always a long line . You’ll sit here a good 10 minutes in rush hour and weekends lol

Just tried the Kati Kati blend and will definitely switch from my usual cup of dark roast to this for a while!

Drive in always seems faster than going inside, even if the line is long....got a free drink here one day, no idea why though! They just told me it was on the house. :]

Not sure why people complain, I have never had a problem here and I have been coming here since the place was built.

But really.. why is there only one in Jacksonville, much less right across the parking lot from the Barnes & Noble coffee ?

Definitely not as good as other states ... I travel frequently & this one lacks so much flavor in their coffee ... Plus the service could be better. They're alright. Could be much better.

Wifi working while I was here. Walls a little beat up, but great customer service.

Stood at the register looking around for about 5 minutes waiting to be helped. Ordered a venti regular coffee and waited about 9 minutes to get it. A simple cup of coffee . 14 minutes. The hell?

Disregard check in!! They closed at 11pm.

The people that work there are so rude! When you kiss my fiance's ass and are rude as hell to me, especially when I'm paying... It's not going to be good... Plus there were flies everywhere GROSS!!
