- I was told the boat is leaving in 10 minutes, but I waited 40 minutes in my feet. - advertised with 30%. Reality: zero discount . - "Canal tours " is actually just circling between two bridges .
The journey is very poor. They don’t sail up the river . They only move in the same area. The staff are kind and helpful.
Don't expect fast service . They wait until boats get fully packed and it takes easily 30min waiting in the boat before departure ...
I expected more. You wouldn’t miss anything if you skipped this one. Lines are long, & trip is boring.
