Everything was amazing! The leek arugula olive flatbread , t-bone steak , roasted chicken , mashed potatoes , squash with cilantro yogurt...and the butterscotch pudding !! I think I'll be back tomorrow
The pork belly first course was so tender and slow cooked that you can easily fork it apart without any effort and it is so tender that it just melts in your mouth. The hanger steak was chewy though.
"Farm-to-Table" dinners every second Monday of the month in which they have a special, adventurous, set menu featuring local purveyors. So much fun and so delicious!
This might be my favorite restaurant in Utah. Great charcuterie , al dente veggies and perfect meats.

The Biscuits and Gravy are awesome for Breakfast . The Blue Bacon Burger is the best I've ever had! The Hanger steak with Brussels sprouts and potatoes are KILLER!

Incredible food! The only thing that would have made this meal better would have been a mimosa . Unlucky for us, this restaurant is based here in Utah. With all you Mormons.
The menu is always changing so if something is tempting you, just get it. It may not be there next time you go!
Everything. If it has pastry in it, get it. Doesn't even matter what else comes with it.
Foods amazing and all farm-to-table BUT they only pour you 4oz a wine glass because its UTAH and that's the law. Go to Sundance to get a nice buzz.
