The Yiasou Greek Festival began in 1978 and since then has become one of Charlotte’s largest cultural events. It is eagerly anticipated by the Charlotte community each year. Features are cultural exhibits, authentic Greek cuisine and pastries, entertainment, art, shopping and more.

Yiasou produces some of the best pastries . You'll find tasty loukoumades , galaktoboureko, baklava . And let's not forget the meals (including Grecian baked chicken and fish ) and the entertainment.

The food is amazing and the dancers are great!!! This year's dance flash mob was the coolest thing ever!!!!!
Don't be dismayed by the long line for food. It moves pretty quickly.
