The Jam Factory

The famous Thai famous architect , Duangrit Bunnag, transformed a cluster of old warehouses along the river into a design office , bookstore and coffee shop , restaurant and bar , and gallery .

Located by the river , this is a lovely conversion of old industrial bldgs into restaurants , cafe , bookshop , design studio and retail . Take the Hilton boat shuttle fr Saphan Taksin pier to reach here.

good vibes & certainly a relaxing space to work and have some quality time. visit on weekdays as there will be more seats to choose from whereas weekends can be terrifying.

Nice place to hangout. There is a flee market / farmer market at the last weekend of every month. There is also some arts event quite often.

Worth a visit if you’re looking to kill some time. Largely depends on what events are happening. Great bookstore and cafe .

An oasis of charm. Wonderful food and cocktail options. But they don't offer tap water , even after a full meal.

Atmosphere, Food, Beverage, Interior and Exterior are good except from the service, I would like them to pay more attention on customers. I'll be back there soon.

Excellent for co working . Right near endless summer (excellent Thai food ) co work in the morning and then go for lunch .

A retail experience curated and executed by an architect , stretched over 3 industrial-looking structures .

Good selection of art and books . Nice hangout spot as well .

Like the very summer outdoor markets

Food and drinks are very limited. But the kiwi green tea smoothie is lit.
