The rooms are lovely, the beds are super comfortable , and the service is great. Ignore the whiners. I spend 200 mights a year in hotel rooms and this one is just fine.

Last tip before checkout ... Great shopping are just west of hotel (5 min drive) including a mall with Maceys, J.C. Penny, Target, Burlington Coat Factory , and many restaurants .

Nice staff . Upgraded our room to accommodate our 2 little children. But the walls are soooo thin. I barely slept. Can hear everything above you, next to, and in the hallway :(

Unfortunately, the desk in my double/double room is right next to the heater/AC. Hard to sit and work while getting blown away.

Wow little bit of sticker shock for my family of 4 to find that breakfast was not included! 2 kids under the age of 7 and 2 adults $40!!!!

Managers reception till 6 pm weekends, free food, beer and wine .

These rooms are so loud . Especially if you have an adjoining room. No carpeting so you can hear every fat cow in heels clip-clopping around. You can hear the sink water running, toilet flashing. Oy!

Starbucks in the hotel , yay! Free weights in phitness room, yay! Nice decor, yay! 3 HBO channels, yay! No MTV? :( Boo!

Unique decor , like a little apt. In the city . Rooms are small. Beds comfy . They don't clean in the floor corners- yuck. Hotel itself is very old and they did a quick makeover. Overall, B-.

Warm cookies at check in!

Don't ask for a bottle opener to be brought to your room. Instead of a simple "Sorry, we don't have enough staff/we're too busy/etc" cafe/bar staff will be snotty and cop an attitude.

Well it's no Hilton or that's for sure ... Reminded me of A Sheraton Four Points. Def 3 star at best. I liked the paint scheme though and room clean . Not worth 140 CDN I paid. 100 would be right

Aveda bathroom products are a definite plus despite small bathroom size. Place is growing on me.
