The staff allowed a man to walk off with intentionally unpaid items. When the incident was reported, they replied, "Oh, he does it all the time." Seriously?

Why do they have other cashiers ? They only use one!
Most horrible service at the customer service counter. I always have to wait at least 5 minutes just to buy tokens. Wouldn't mind so much if they'd acknowledge me, but they don't.
The most incompetent people work here. Go somewhere else if you don't have a lot of time to waste.
