Located on the third floor in Bellevue Sq, immediately next to the kids play area (so it's somewhat noisy ). Tasty, yet fairly ordinary, cupcakes . I'd go back if I were already in the mall .
A decent cupcake . Cake is light and fluffy, but there's too much icing and it's a little too sweet for my taste. Worth a try tho
