The tips about the folks and drinks being good are on the money. But this has to be stated : be suspect of any tip that states the food has merit, as such tips are woefully inaccurate.
The food here is always sweaty like it was just reheated in a microwave. It is overpriced for the mediocrity of the food. Chips and salsa/queso are OK.
Place is filthy! Bathroom , dinning room carpet. The guy behind bar acted like I was a bother. Overheard many people complaining about service. I'm very disappointed. It use to be a great place.
Great location but the food disappoints. Been there at least 6 times but continues downhill. Margaritas bleh, fajitas good; enchilada and burrito bland. Took the fish tacos with wasabi aioli off menu .
Without a doubt, the worst meal I ever paid for. They can't make enough margaritas for me to ever eat there again. Horrific.
Food is very bland. Been here 4 times and it’s always the same. I like Tex-Mex. this is what they call authentic . Well if authentic means tasteless then maybe it’s for you.
Steak from the steak fajitas was ok. Flautas were soggy and fish taco was not good. Wait staff was fantastic, would be a decent place if the food was better.
Not a fan of the queso ; lumpy and watery with a slightly off-putting taste.
Katie / Marcus are great servers. Request them whenever you go there.
The chili con queso dip
Venue/patio is great, but the food is not. Weird shredded salsa and below mediocre food. Service was okay, but that's not enough to get me excited about returning here.
Don Julio anejo half and half with salt.......you'll need no other instructions for these capable margarita makers
Pinto beans were good. Burrito was not. Tasted like spaghetti ?
Ruby red grapefruit margarita is delish- for the margarita lovers out there!
Good and quick Service ,
Great drinks. If you are looking for good tex mex this is your place. If you want real authentic Mexican, visit one of the other Mexican restaurants in town .
Get the house margarita
Margs with the special tequilia
Nothing special....
Worst queso EVER!! Lumpy and watery .
Our Fajitas Sizzle!
Really slow getting the food out tonight. No apologies from the server. Never coming back.
Burritos are delicious!
Best salsa and margarita !!!
The BEST cheese enchiladas I've ever had.
Best queso in town . Great service.
Best Mexican around!
Best chips and salsa I've ever had
Best queso ever!
This place is hit. The food is legit delicious and mad thrifty. I got the 3 piece combo, my food came out in less than 5 minutes and it was a certified feast for like $10. Everything - most delicious. - Tegan James / Mace Ballard
I thought the chips and salsa were amazing. For some El Salvadorian goodness, try the pupusas (kids will love the cheese ones) & a glass of marañón (fruit juice made from the cashew apple). Yum. - Mary Boiter
Beer here is really great. Seasonal pumpkin is one of the best I have had, second only to Pumpking. - Justin Decker
My wife and I love it and the surrounding historic area. The area restaurants are very good and the linear park is just a nice place to walk. - Eric G
The food is extremely original and high grade! Very relaxing and family atmosphere. They treat as such! Recommend it to anyone who would like accent their day with a great experience! - Frank Giuffre
