Asked 3 times where to get a ticket & got it on the 3rd time asking. Asked for an LTE SIM card, waited to see if it's in stock. For a company who sell LTE phones, you'd think they'd know their stock.

Their customer service reps are friendly and accomodating. They treat their customers equally regardless of social standing.

This business center is way much better than the Glorietta branch. CS reps are attentive and very accommodating. Kudos to the people here!

Very slow customer service. Why? ????

My fiance got his new phone but the sim didn't work. We had to go back and it took a while for them to fix it :( slow service.

Waited in line for 20 minutes had 5 more people ahead of me then my service starts going again LOL Globe! It took you from Saturday-Tuesday to fix my problem. Harhar
