Many items were not offered (during this visit, no Hot & Crispy products & Pizza Twister were available). Service is very poor compared to other fast food outlets.
They seriously need to add airconditioners. This place is so hot. Service is slow.
You need to review your ordering/cashiering system!! Takes a long time to wait for your turn to pay at the cashier . Also, isn't there a less barbaric way of announcing that your order is ready???
