I'm afraid Colin is right. They must be badly understaffed, because I rarely find anyone at the counter, or available to help me. Still, the few exceptional employees do their best.

I feel sorry for the manager here. It seems like she tries her best, but her staff is inept. Do not get any programs, banners, etc printed here. They will lose it, then or out of luck w/out the mgr.
No one at the counter. One associate was hiding in the aisles pretending to look busy, one woman was left alone up front at shipping, and NO cashiers . I left and took my business elsewhere.
