Well paved and pretty trail . If you’re a sea level creature like me, be prepared to run about 30-45sec/mile slower than your usual pace. Also, no water fountains so bring your water!
This trail is awesome and lengthy! Has many offshoots and branches to other trails . Beautiful and full of life, people and nature living in harmony day and night.
