3rd floor is the most quiet and has cubicles to sit with little distraction. Plenty of plug outlets also. Fun children book area on first. If you can during the week day, that's the best time.
The sci-fi and fantasy section is really good - a nice mix of classics and newer works.
Challenge Try to walk by the 3rd floor librarian w/out her looking at you like you are annoying her. Good luck!
