Palms on Oxford

This place is trashy, but it's supposed to be! A dive bar in a basement playing cheesy pop to let you get your dance on without any pretense. Fun!

Lots of fun, good old fashioned basement bar , cosy, intimate , cute guys, and good dancing . Small dance floor , but worth a visit for an earlyish night.

Fantastic old and new music . Mostly camped up. Go there for a great time without pretence. All in the name of fun fun fun!

It's like everything tacky int he world decided to meet here. Also, feels a little 80s. BUT it is actually very fun!

Avoid it! The manager, Michael, had us removed. First accused us of being drunk/on drugs. We were perfectly sober. Changed his story to “erratic” dancing . How do you sensor dancing for a dance club?

Not a place you go to start the night. If you're there until close, grab a free bottle of water on your way out.

Always full, fun, comfortable , unpretentious, and shamelessly kitsch.
