I agree with Shawn. They are terrible and when they make mistakes in scheduling, they make it seem like you have to either take it of leave it. I got my depoist back and never went there again. Auwe!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drove all the way from Ewa Beach only to find that my confirmed appt time was changed to 3 hours later, unbeknowst to me. The receptionist was rude & unapologetic.
Beware of their receptionist . Very bad at scheduling and many mistakes . I called for an appointment 30 minutes ago and when I got here I wasn't even booked . This isn't the 1st time.
