This is a loud , heavy-traffic store on weekdays. Also, most building employees use the mobile order app, so prepare to wait for your drink if you ordered at register

Chrissy (hope I spelled that right) is one of the friendliest people behind the counter. She's nice, helpful, patient and cheerful. Makes getting coffee a pleasant experience.

They know me here as the pink drink lady because I bring my own personalized cold cup. You get a 10 cents discount when you bring a reusable cup.

Fast and friendly service . Line moves quickly.

It's really empty on the weekends. I can only imagine what it must look like Monday through Friday.

The barista was mean and moody so shame for her for not doing my coffee as I like it

My cup came with my name written a "Breve ". Is that even a name? But the staff if is friendly .

Has some of the best staff in New York City .

Don't go here during the morning rush, the line is so long. But otherwise this is a good location, away from too many tourists
