The resort is wonderful, they provide excellent servicses and the rooms are super clean , i upgraded my room to a sea view and it's totally worth it, the staff was so welcoming and friendly .
Loved everything from the check in to the pool, beach , room services , our butler, location and the reception. Won’t be the last time for sure ❤️
From the reception the staff was very helpful and friendly . I was very happy once my reservation was upgraded.
If they tell you in Laurel’s bar the cocktails aren’t strong - don’t trust them. They are.

One of the most beautiful hotels in terms of set up, landscape and design. A good selection of dining venues, different cuisines and delicious food. My only issue is that walls are not soundproof.
The service was incredible, lovely selection at the breakfast buffet . Really good ambiance at the pool and beach . The staff couldn’t do enough to help us.

They are fast on providing services. But walls are not soundproof, bathroom was not prepared with teeth kit(i have to call room service ), nothing Special.
