The Best Store in GPS. Knowledgeable , efficient, friendliest and most helpful staff ever. The store is full, IPhone Tribe is in the house. I bet the Droid tribe wished they had a store like this.

If you're getting something fixed here - call up to make an appt B4 u show up - cuz if u just walk in, u have to wait in line behind everyone else who had made an appt first. In & out in 15 minutes!

One of the busiest in area. If you're close enough, head to Nanuet. It's never crowded .

After expanding it, this substantially sized Apple Store has every Apple product you're looking for. The staff is fairly well-versed and can help with most anything.

The workers in this store are very helpful and very nice not rude at all like in another Apple Store I have been to

If you find yourself needing a replacement phone, make sure you document - screen cap if you can all that you have already done. This way you don't get sent home and your phone is still broken

Ask to use the employee bathroom , it will change your life.

They do NOT, I repeat DO NOT, run according to schedule. Be prepared to stalk people for service. However, sales reps are always free.
