Beautiful interior .. but booking was so difficult! inexperienced in filing especially almond-shape nails .. you pay for drinks (coffee , tea )..a bit on the expensive side (300 sth for pedi and mani)

The designs are amazing, yet the service is really disappointing. Hope they work on that, it would be a waste of an amazing facility.

Good interior but verrrryy bad service with nails mani-pedi. And price over market SAR 330 to damage and scratched your nail , i will never be back

When I asked for the coffee they said you have to pay for it?? I think it must be included with the service they provided with a high price

I feel sorry for this place. so beautiful interiors but bad service. I got a classic mani/pedi and it was disappointing, staff needs more training + very limited selection of colors! never coming back

The place is clean and new, over priced comparing to the quality of service that has been provided, i did bali massage that wasn’t deferent from a regular massage but in price. Never getting back.

Bottom line : Disappointing in every possible way. Save your time and money for something else. However, the place is soo luxurious and promising. Such a shame!

I liked the place The reception is good and the massage is great but the pedicure and manicure service is very bad it was fast and ineligible I will try it again just for a massage ✨

Great location, beautifully designed and decorated, rest room was so comfy , my experience in hot stone massage was pleasant. Way better in daylight.

Qulity of towels being used is bad. There is a fly in the relaxing area . Masseur was were slippers while doing massage . Have got 90 mins massage but was around an hour & 15 mins. First and last visit!
