Sunday evening is much more quieter and relaxing to work out
Try the outside pool it's often quieter than indoors and nice and warm
David lloyd has changed for the worst, the changing rooms are cold, showers have terrible water pressure, showers are always flooded. Overall poor hygiene and etiquette.
They play all major sports events on tv in the lounge here.
