Kovan' hawker - A1 have bette Kway chap . The only novelty was the fish lup Chong. Everything else was average.

The cold dish is fantastic, as good as those in Shanghai. Xiao Long Bao skin is a bit thick but the soup with the meat is awesome. Fried dumplings also very tasty. - P Y Wong
