Great group of people to work out with! Very encouraging and STRONG ladies. They didn't even make me feel bad for grabbing the smallest weights . =)
Xplore Crossfit is a separate entity located above Vision Quest. To get to Xplore Crossfit, enter through the Vision Quest doors and take the stairs in the back of the gym to the top floor.
